  • Know Where You Stand 2008 – I produce this leaflet after the Budget each year, giving clear understandable information on your entitlements to tax, social welfare, education, healthcare, housing, and pensions.

  • The Law on Your Side – I wrote this booklet to ensure that people know their rights and know who and where to seek redress from. This gives you up to date information on Consumer Rights; the Small Claims Court; Landlord and Tenant Obligations; Freedom of Information; Civil Legal Aid, How to Make a Will, the Planning Process, Workers Rights and A Clean Environment.

  • Your Pension – This short leaflet informs you of your pension entitlements.

  • Have you overpaid your Tax? - You pay enough tax without the Revenue holding on to more than it should. The Government refuses to return your money with as much vigour as it collects it. Fine Gael believes this should change and will make sure if you pay too much tax, you will get it back.
